Welcome!

Spring Street Missionary Baptist Church has been a place where people have felt the presence and love of Christ for over one hundred years. We were a group of sinners who have been miraculously saved by God's amazing grace. We gather in love to praise the Lord for His goodness, provision and protection. We also gather for teaching and preaching that we may share our "Faith" with others. When we worship, my prayer is that we will all approach God with an honest heart. As we seek to be reconciled unto God, may we zealously seek reconciliation among ourselves, that the spirit of renewal cleanse and restore us. May our personal, intimate relationship with God kindle intimacy in our fellowship that will inevitably create an environment of intimacy in the world around us. At Spring Street, we are building a kingsom minded ministry.

Thank you for choosing to worship in this house of God known as Spring Street Missionary Baptist Church. On behalf of our Ministerial staff, the First Family and the entire Spring Street Church Family, we extend to you a heart-felt welcome!

Our worship service consists of singing, praying, giving, reading the word and preaching. It is our custom that we sing a hymn at the close od of the sermon that you may become a part of our congregation. You may become a disciple at Spring Street based on your:

1. Declaration of faith in Christ, followed by baptism
2. Tranfer of membership from another Christian Church
3. Experience of Christian Faith, if for some reason a letter of transfer is not available.

There is plenty of room at Spring Street for you!
